Location is unbeatable - centre of town on Lambton Quay, you can walk everywhere! Most of the best shops, plus a supermarket and the Cable Car are there. All Wellington's buses in all directions pass along this street and the bus-stop is practically at the front door. Staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The two bedroom suite was a good fit for our family and the layout (including the kitchen) was modern and tasteful. For a 7 day stay it was handy to have a good size fridge, hot-plate, dishwasher, washing machine & drier, spacious living room and dining table. It was also wonderful that members of our party were able to park their camper-van in the hotel's open-air carpark (fee-payable).

The 2 bedroom Room was very clean and felt inviting. The bed was amazing felt like I was sleeping on a puffy squishy cloud, my parents were sleeping in the other room and said the same thing. Everything in the Room was working efficiently and the shower/ bath was clean and the water was nice and hot as well as the water pressure being perfect. Staff was nice and friendly as well as helpful when asking for directions to site seeing places. Overall experience was Amazing and would definitely recommend or book to stay again.

The hotel staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, with a special shoutout to the delightful Filipino receptionist who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a spacious and well-appointed room, which was impeccably clean and comfortable. The hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the city, and overall, our stay was nothing short of excellent. We are already looking forward to returning in the future.

Great location in Wellington. The 2 bedroom apartment has a larger bedroom with ensuite toilet, then a small bedroom with separate bathroom with toilet and shower. The kitchen, living and dining areas are a good size. There's no onsite restaurant but we had room service takeaway Thai from a nearby restaurant and it was excellent. Short walk to cafes for breakfast and very close to many touristy things to do. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in a very good location and is family-friendly. The staff is very friendly and helpful. However, I see that we have to pay a carparking fee of $31 per day/night as exorbitant, as most hotels offer complimentary parking. The worst part is that if we don't find a carpark at the hotel we have to go and park at a public parking that's opposite to the hotel.
